Bulgaria Portfolios Ltd is a small property development company. Nik Voinov, our Bulgarian Director, is the main point of contact in Bulgaria, and Stanislava who will be looking after the Maintenance and Rentals side. Paul Cochrane – a partner in the Company, together with his sister Anne, together look after UK sales and marketing.
