Key Points about Bulgaria Portfolios

Bulgaria Portfolios are not agents.

Put quite simply we are property developers.

We own the land we build on and everything from the initial architect designs down to the security office on the site is ours. What this means to you is that you are dealing direct when purchasing from us and you will be speaking to us in the unlikely event that a problem arises during the build period. Our offices are always open in both the UK and Bulgaria, and when you call us you wont be speaking to a third party.

Bulgaria Portfolios do not build on the coast.

We believe that the majority of our clients are investors who want to benefit from the maximum capital appreciation and rental returns from their property. Coastal properties only benefit from 4 or 5 summer months. By developing in the Dolna Banya region we avoid that problem as we build where year round rental returns are available.

With the combination of the adjacent golf courses and usual summer ameneties and the fantastic winter ski resort of the nearby Borovets a year round holiday destination is the reality.

Bulgaria Portfolios work on only one development at a time

We work on a single development until every property on the site is sold and every client is happy. Of course we are always considering future developments but our focus is always on our current development and our clients who have invested in the site.

We are not just jumping on the current Bulgarian property boom.

We are a family business with Bulgarian family ties in the very towns where this massive property expolosion is taking place. The family ties go back for generations and our Bulgarian director Nik will gladly give you a long lecture on his families heritage and history (all in perfect English) if you have a week or two to spare that is! Our business is established and the relationships we have with the local communities and municipalities are second to none.

We do not believe in keeping our client feedback to ourselves.
